I am having a great time putting this site together for these reasons... I Love the Lord Jesus, I Love Christian Music and I am interested in computers. Here is a little about myself... I play Electric Guitar In a Contemporary Christian/Praise/Worship team with my wife at. "Lighthouse bible church" in Addison, Maine. I am an RN and work on Med-Surg at our Community Hospital.I am also a part time Lobster fisherman. I am excited about music and new technologies. I have rewired my Fender Stratocaster with Midi capability, Pickup swicthings and pieazo bridge pickups so my guitar can play through a guitar synthesizer and have string or pipe organ accompaniment. I have used MP3 Software and hardware for years and now have over 500 songs on my computers hard drive and make CD-R disks I use with an MP3 CD player. These disks which have up to 200 songs on each disk. My MP3 player holds more and I play my favorites through my vehicles stereo system. I have pages on this site to explain how to set up and use this technology and where to get hardware and free MP3 software. I also have been enjoying home studio recording with a Fostex digital multi-tracker. We have used it to record our bands music and over 100 songs for a CD to acompany guitar instruction books my wife has authored and sells at this site. It is remarkable that one can have a totally digital recording studio with mixing and effects and be able to record 8 tracks simultaneously and burn to CD's for only $1000. Music technology is really great !
